BAKELITE EARRING PROBLEM SOLVED! ( Vintage Bakelite Jewelry Dress Clips / Earrings ): Here is a set of green, deeply ornate carved bakelite clips with a wonderful patina. You can be certain that they are hand carved because they never match exactly. I am constantly complemented on my large bakelite clip earrings. Here is my secret: I convert bakelite dress clips into earrings by slipping covered pads over the back of the clips. Voila! Impossible to find bakelite clip earrings are everywhere. Still a bargain because dealers have trouble selling dress clips. Try a pair and you'll want more! Condition: Very fine. 2" long, 7/8" wide.
