BAKELITE MIXED BERRY DELIGHT ( Vintage Bakelite Jewelry Kronimus Necklace ): This colorful Bakelite Berry Necklace has been handcrafted from old Bakelite stock by Karen Kronimus. Karen and her father, Howard, have been working with old Bakelite for about five years and have quickly gained a reputation for fine work. This necklace is rare because very few were made with 18 pieces of fruit and even fewer in three colors of fruit. The round berries are a mix of cherry red, apricot and a mellow yellow. There are 8 hand carved double leaves. The tortoise colored celluloid chain is about 26" long. You can shorten the chain if you wish. A sophisticated necklace displaying charm and whimsy. Condition: Excellent. Size: Berries range in size from 3/4" to 15/16". Celluloid chain is 26" long.
