HEART OF THE DESERT: This fearsome vintage lucite Scimitar evokes the exotic spirit of desert brigands and green oases. The curved blade of the scimitar is sculptural and the handle of the weapon is reverse carved and painted in black stripes. The clear lucite heart of the desert chieftain is suspended by a celluloid chain. The romance of 1001 Arabian Nights is boldly rendered in this glistening design of passion. Think of the tales you can tell! The pin back is a riveted C clasp. Condition: Excellent. Only a few fine surface scratches. Size: Scimitar 4" wide, heart 1 1/2" long. Total length of piece 4".
