DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY SET ( French Bakelite Jewelry Pin & Earrings ): Delightful and delicious to behold! Collectors of vintage Bakelite dream of owning a fruit or vegetable brooch. You can have this yummy Strawberry Brooch and Earring Set made by contemporary designer Judith Evans for a much lower price than true Bakelite. Made of phenol resin, they have the look and feel of vintage Bakelite, but since they do not contain formaldehyde, the colors will not change over time. The strawberry bar pin has three huge fully rounded berries and three veined leaves on a celluloid chain. There is a 2 piece inset pinback with a safety clasp. The matching clip earrings each have a large dangling ripe strawberry. A desirable set to treasure forever. Condition: Excellent. Size: Pin Bar 2 1/4" long, with Berries 3" high, each Berry 1 1/2" by 3/4". Clip earrings 2 1/2" long.
