STRIKE! IT’S A WINNER ( Vintage Bakelite Jewelry Pin ): Sports Theme Vintage Bakelite has always been a huge success with serious Bakelite collectors. This Bowling Ball & 10 Pins is a classic vintage Bakelite winner. From my personal collection, this piece has all of the bowling pins intact and has been professionally re-strung with the same brown coated flexible string that was originally used. Repairing frayed strings is a necessity to insure that the piece suffers no loss. I believe in wearing Bakelite and enjoying it, not collecting pieces that are too fragile to wear. So "set ‘em up" and step out wearing the best. The original C clasp pinback is riveted on. The photo with the push-pin shows how piece hangs naturally. Condition: Excellent. A bit of glue on the back. No paint damage. Size: From top of string to bottom of bowling pin 4" long, 2" wide. Bowling ball is 1 3/4" in diameter.
