CHECKERBOARD CHIC ( French Bakelite Checkerboard Bangle ):
Take a look at this set of three row checkerboard domed French Bakelite
Bangles by designer Judith Evans. One bangle has black and white checks
with red rims, the other red and white checks with black rims. These
three row checks are top of the line pieces. The colored rims add to the
sleek polish of these beautiful bangles and feel so smooth and satiny on
your wrist. These bangles are made without formaldehyde and do not test
like Vintage Bakelite. You may buy just one or the set of two.
Together these bangles are a dynamite combination, especially if you
like BIG & BOLD. I have
a pair of these and wear one on each wrist for a striking visual effect.
Condition: Each bangle is 1 1/2” high, 1/4” thick, 2 5/8” inner
