DRESDEN PUG from VOLKSTEDT: This is a very handsome Dresden Pug from the Rudolph Kammer Porcelain Factory in Volkstedt - famous for its porcelain since 1862. It is made of high quality hard paste porcelain and hand painted - no two being alike. I have seen a modern porcelain pug from Volkstedt and it can't match these old beauties - based on Meissen Pugs from the 1700's. Condition: Excellent.7 1/2" high, 8 1/2" long and 4 3/4" wide.
