BEAUTY ( Eve Pearce Porcelain Pug Dog ):
As I wrote this, I glanced down and saw our 2 girls stretched out on our
bed in very similar positions real ladies of leisure. Thats what
I love about Eve Pearce Pugs the pug poses are so familiar that she
could have been in our home sculpting custom figurines of our babies. I
generally collect antique or antique-style pugs. Eve Pearce is an
exception. She has been producing these gems for over 25 years, but
collectors buy and hold them so they are very difficult to come by.
Her skill is obvious. She molds them by hand from hard paste porcelain
and hand paints them, so each of her pieces is unique a small
masterpiece. This piece contains her hallmark (pictured). Condition:
