You just cant look at this wonderful Eve Pearce Pug without smiling.
It takes very little to make a pug happy and in turn, how joyful our
pugs make life for us! This one is typical of a Pearce piece an only
slightly caricatured pug in either a very restful or very playful pose.
Pearce is my favorite modern pug porcelain artist and the only one whose
pugs I actively seek. She molds them by hand from hard paste porcelain
and hand paints them, so each of her pieces is unique. You can see this
piece contains her unique hallmark. Condition: Excellent. Size: 4 3/4
long, 2 3/4 high, 2 deep.
