TWO PUGS ON A POUF ( Eve Pearce Porcelain Pug Dogs ): My guess is that most of you pug parents pretty much let your pugs have the run of your home – including any furniture they should chose. I know our pug kids repose wherever they like, but I’m embarrassed to say that we haven’t yet purchased them anything like the fancy Pouffe (or Hassock), with its classy Tudor Rose Pattern fabric, that Eve Pearce has provided for these spoiled pugs (and their play ball). I think they must have belonged to the Windsors! This is a relatively large and substantial piece. It will look great standing alone or being displayed with your other pugs. Eve’s pugs, made from hard pasted porcelain, are not molded, but modeled by hand – so there are no two alike. Yours will always be unique. This piece has felt pads on the base to prevent scratching and bears her personal hallmark. I will be posting a new Eve Pearce Pug each month. Condition: Excellent. Size: Total height 5 1/4”, largest diameter (bottom of pouffe) 8”, top of pouffe 6” in diameter; lying pug 5” long, 2 3/4” high; sitting pug 3 1/2” long, 3 1/4” high. Weight 3 lbs. 6 oz.
