IVORY GRAPES OF FAITH ( Victorian Ivory Jewelry Cross Pendant ): The work of a master carver is clearly seen in this exquisite, delicate Antique Ivory Cross. (c. 1850) An artful arrangement of grapes, vines and leaves adorn this captivating cross. The choice of subject matter could not be more appropriate since grapes represent Christ and the Christian faith. The back is flat grained Ivory and there is a metal ring for use on a chain. A superbly crafted cross that you will want to pass on to generations to come. Condition: Excellent. Size: 2” high, 1 1/4” wide, 1/4” deep.
