A promise to a lover, or beloved friend, given to last a life time. This sturdy cross has been carved to resemble tree bark; even the tips appear wood grained. Intricate vines of ivy entwine over the entire cross, wrapping it in an eternal promise. The high quality of the carving indicates that it was probably made in France. It is in flawless condition with a warm patina of age. I like the fact that this is a wearable work of art. It is sturdy enough to enjoy wearing it often, just add a fine chain.
