JJ116	MARCASITE & SILVER ARTICULATED GOLDFISH PIN / PENDANT: This large and dramatic Silver & Marcasite Goldfish is a complex and exotic pin/pendant. The body is articulated (moveable) where the scales overlap and the wide luxurious tail moves from side to side. Marked “825” silver on the inside of the tail. Finely detailed, set with glittering marcasites and black onyx eyes – all eyes will be on you. I wore this fascinating fellow as a pendant, but he would be equally striking as a jacket pin. There is a safety clasp pin back. I have had this delightful piece in my collection for about 20 years. Shimmering and vibrant, this Goldfish is definitely a statement piece for a woman who loves to create her own style. Condition: Excellent. Size: 3 1/8” long, 1 7/8” wide at the tail, 1 1/8” deep. JJ111	AMY KAHN RUSSELL FOSSIL & TOPAZ PIN / PENDANT: In a class all her own, AKR jewelry is always vibrant and exciting. Using unusual mixes of stones and minerals, many of her creations have a strong ethnic element. This earth inspired pin/pendant combines an ammonite spiral fossil, rainbow pyrite druze and smoky topaz stones set in Sterling Silver. The colors are difficult to capture in our photos. The ammonite fossil has a gray-green metallic quality, the sparkling druze is a glittering green and the open-backed topaz is a yellow-green hue, not gray at all. It is so much prettier in reality, sparkling and lively. The pin back has a safety catch and, as is her custom, the back is hallmarked “Sterling” & “AKR”. A wide bale makes it suitable for a good sized chain, neck wire or omega necklace if you prefer. An impressive gift of style and substance. Condition: Excellent. Size: 2 1/2” long, 1 1/4” wide. JJ083	TABRA STERLING SILVER & SCARAB EARRINGS: Earrings designed by Tabra Tunoa are some of my favorite pieces. I love the light weight feel and the ethnic inspired look of her jewelry. These signed clip earrings feature Sterling Silver embellished dangles. The triangle tops are bezel set with hand carved stone scarabs. The beads include coral, turquoise, bone and a large piece of spiny oyster shell. Long and shimmering, these hard to find Tabra earrings will bring out the gypsy in your soul. Condition: Excellent. JJ090	AMY KAHN RUSSELL FROG PIN / PENDANT: This subtle and elegant “frog” pin by designer Amy Kahn Russell will be a wonderful addition to your jewelry box. Set in Sterling Silver, the climbing frog is carved from Serpentine, allowing the texture of the stone to add color to the carving. The frog appears to be reaching for the large bezel set cabochon of Carnelian at the top of the pin/pendant. The back is hallmarked “AKR”, “ STERLING ”. The pin back has a safety closure and the pendant hook is wide enough for a nice sized chain or neckwire. An unusual Russell piece – perfect for day or night wear. (Card not included.) JJ129	JAY STRONGWATER MULTISTRAND CRYSTAL BEAD NECKLACE: Jay Strongwater is predominantly known for his opulent bejeweled picture frames. But he began his career as a jeweler, designing jewelry pieces for the Oscar de la Renta runway shows. This necklace was purchased about 10 years ago. (His last jewelry collection was presented in 1999.) Six strands of amber/tortoise colored crystal beads cascaded down each side of your neck where they meet in a triangle of bezel set cabochon jewels – black, topaz & tortoise colors. The dramatic finish is a long tassel effect, achieved by another six strands of amber/tortoise colored crystal beads that end at varied lengths. Each beaded tassel strand ends in a large round, oblong or teardrop shaped bead. The gold toned swirl shaped hook and eye closure is a sample of Jay’s attention to detail. The inside of the clasp is marked “Jay S”. His dazzling jeweled items are sold by Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue. Purchased at Saks, this superbly crafted necklace is both regal and elegant. Condition: Excellent. Size: Entire necklace measures 16” long, tassel portion hangs 8” below the 3 large stones, large trio of stones ¾” each.	SOLD!
JJ104	DOROTHY BAUER LIMITED EDITION PURPLE CHRISTMAS TREE BROOCH / PIN: A magnificent meticulously crafted jeweled Christmas Tree Brooch by contemporary designer, Dorothy Bauer. This tree is a limited edition of 150, signed and hand engraved “#5 of 150”. When not wearing the tree, it will stand on its own base as a miniature work of art. The basic color of the tree is a rich deep purple with all colors, sizes or shapes of rhinestones providing the glittering ornaments. Four rhinestone balls dangle from the bottom of the tree. The tree trunk is a textured antique gold color. The tree topping star, garlands and base are set with white rhinestones. There is a large safety catch pin back. Dorothy Bauer is famous for her stunning Christmas Trees which are in the collections of both Senator Clinton and First Lady Laura Bush. Condition: Excellent. Certificate of Authenticity is included. JJ068	BATTINA VON WOLHOF BLACK RHINESTONE ANT BROOCH: The undisputed Queen of the Rhinestones, Battina Von Wolhof, created this huge black Ant Brooch. Famous for the size and quality of her designs, Bettina favors insects and animal motifs. Her lobster brooches are justifiably famous. This black rhinestone paved insect is made in many pieces, giving him a dimensional look that is simply spectacular. He has red rhinestone eyes and his head is what is commonly called a “trembler”, a motif that is mounted on a tiny spring so that it trembles when the wearer moves. The gray metal pin back has a safety catch and bears the hallmark “Bettina Von Wolhof”. Some of her pieces sell for as much as several thousand dollars. I bought this one from a friend and have enjoyed it for years. I’m big on bugs and this is the BIGGEST bug I have had. Not for the faint of heart! Condition: Excellent.
