Our Layaway Policy:

1. Time Dances By will provide a Layaway Agreement for any piece of Jewelry (one or more) or Pug Dog Figurine (one or more) costing a total of $200.00 or more.

2. The total, including shipping, handling & insurance costs, may be paid in 3 equal payments, one per month for 3 months.

3. You may set the payment day within the month, but we can not mark the piece "On Layaway" until we receive the first payment.

4. If a buyer cannot complete payments for the Layaway, the amount paid will not be refunded. Instead the buyer will be given a shop credit for that amount.

5. Sorry, but we are not able to accept returns for purchases made via Layaway.

6. We will send you an update of the agreement after each payment.
